Production process：
1st step: buying the bulk battery and the PU material.
2nd step: after customers' sample approval, we will put the battery, wires with PU into the mold, when PU forming in our workshops, the PU is expanding and surrounding all over the battery and wires.
3rd step: we will cut and repair the PU from the insoles and check them piece by piece.
4th step: We will check each one of them and test the battery whether can be worked or not.
5th step: If all of them are good, we will put them into small boxes and outer cartons according to customers' request.
6th step: our sales will provide the packing list and invoice to customers and prepare for shipping.
Production Equipment:
Pu forming machine, Ultrasonic insole machine, Sewing machine, Conveyor and compression device, Cone tube machine, Pipe bender, Metal working machine and etc.
Our service:
Before ordering, samples will be sent to for customers approval with customer's request or tech-pack. After ordering and before production, we will send the pp samples for approval. After customer's checking and testing, we start to make the bulk products. We will make the quality control in the middle production and the final production.
