I often experience ankle fatigue from bulk of the battery (while in the strap) as my boot and/or pant leg would push it into my ankle. The cord is so long that I have to use a twist-tie to manage the excess, adding to the bulk around my ankles. The straps are stretchy so you should be able to find a fit that doesn't restrict circulation, and it comes with extenders should you need it.

And as I was cutting one foot to size, I inadvertently cut the cord. I wrote a message to MIRACLE and they were so kind to send me a replacement sole, so be mindful of the cord when you trim. Nice surprise and very good customer service. Thanks MIRACLE!
