High-quality foaming PU that is breathable conducts heat efficiently, and offers great shape retention and shock absorbency. Thickness is approximately 0.2 inches. Your feet don't feel any tight squeeze when the insoles fit into your shoes. You will feel very comfortable after long time walking, it is quite different from EVA material. EVA material is easy to be out of shape if using many times.

The heated insoles are very simple without any wire, you can walk or run without any wire, it is very convenient. 

Basic details:

1^st step: customers place order to us, we send the 1^st samples to customer for approval.

2^nd step: after customers' sample approval, we will put the battery, wires with PU, when PU forming in our workshops, the PU is expanding and surrounding all over the battery and wires.

3^rd step: we will cut and repair the PU from the insoles and check them piece by piece.

4^th step: We will check each one of them and test the battery whether can be worked or not.

5^th step: If all of them are good, we will put them into small boxes and outer cartons according to customers' request.

^6th step: Ship the goods out.

Two heated insoles are charged together about 3 hours.

Can be set to Automatically Off in 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240 minutes.

Before ordering, samples will be sent to for customers approval with customer's request or tech-pack. After ordering and before production, we will send the pp samples for approval. After customer's checking and testing, we start to make the bulk products. We will make the quality control in the middle production and the final production.
